  • This position will document all Flood Control Department configurations and business processes for various programs used.

Skills required:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Teams
  • Proficient with personal computers in a windows environment including Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Working knowledge of office practices, proper grammar, spelling and punctuation, and basic arithmetic. Ability to take clear, concise messages
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Ability to keyboard correspondence reports from rough drafts.
  • Ability to maintain automated and manual filing systems.
  • Knowledge of office/program support activities.
  • Specific knowledge of work unit programs and activities.
  • Knowledge of basic math and bookkeeping, telephone procedures, and standard business communication.

Experience required:

  • Office Administrative duties 1-2 years' experience.
  • Documentation and writing skills Communication and follow up skills Self organization

Education Required:

  • High School, College or equivalent experience

Woking hours:

  • 08:00 AM 05:00 PM
