**Position Overview:**

As a Sales & Rental Specialist at Northstar Realty Group, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our diverse portfolio of rental properties and ensuring the seamless operation of our rental business. From marketing and leasing to tenant relations and coordinating with our property maintenance team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact while representing our exciting brand. The listed compensation for this position is an estimate for entry-level candidates, reflective of the abundant opportunities for commission-based income and tailored to your performance. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the marketing and leasing of rental properties to attract qualified tenants.
  • Conduct thorough tenant screenings and background checks to ensure quality renters.
  • Coordinate lease preparation, execution, and enforcement in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee rent collection, accounting, and financial reporting for rental properties.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal condition and tenant satisfaction.
  • Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay abreast of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to rental property management.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and customer service in all interactions.

 

**Qualifications:**

  • Valid Florida real estate license preferred.
  • Proven experience in property management, real estate, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of rental market trends, leasing practices, and landlord-tenant laws.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:

$50,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards
  • Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate
  • Question prospective clients on their needs, wants, and available finances to find properties that fit these needs
  • Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts
  • Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proven record of sales experience and success
  • Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems
  • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
