A Unique Chance for Newly Licensed Real Estate Professionals - New Real Estate Agents Wanted - Leads, Support and Training


Have you recently passed the Florida Real Estate Licensing exam? Are you eager to take the next step in your career and don't know where to start? The Gogan Team is actively growing and searching for dedicated, newly certified Real Estate Agents who want to simplify the home-buying process. We are looking for individuals who want to join our innovative and rapidly growing team. Even if you don't have any experience or are just starting out in the real estate industry, we've got you We will provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to succeed in real estate sales in Naples, FL.

Compensation:

$85,000+

Responsibilities:
  • Attend Gogan Team training
  • Sell homes to leads provided by our team
  • Be determined to put in the effort in the first year to construct your pipeline
  • Learn how to be a great conversationalist and guide buyers and sellers
  • Learn our Buyer Presentation and deliver at a high level
  • Write purchase offers for buyer clients to facilitate the closing process
  • Maintain your pipeline of customers
  • Talk to buyers and sellers to determine their requirements in a home, and find a home to satisfy those needs
  • Follow-up with leads to amplify sales
  • Engage in conversations with clients to identify their ideal residence, then locate a house that meets those requirements
Qualifications:

  • Willingness to embrace new practices, systems, and technologies
  • Great attitude and desire to learn 5
  • Capable of working collaboratively and authentically
  • Possesses a valid Real Estate license or has made progress towards attaining one
  • Determined and prepared to put in the effort
  • Self-driven with the capacity to work without direct supervision
  • Comfortable with the use of technology
  • Possesses a team-oriented attitude and offers assistance to colleagues
  • Availability during the week for training

Our office is located in Naples FL but our agents cover all of SWFL. The Gogan Team is run by Claire Gogan who has more than 10 years in the Real Estate industry and uses that knowledge to guide the team to success.
