Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in the Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care Space, through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company. The ideal candidate will help develop the North Carolina market.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure new business
- Collaborate with the sales team & VP of Business Development to ensure alignment between sales and business development efforts
- Manage key client accounts and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Healthcare sales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in outside sales, account management, or customer service is a plus
- Healthcare sales experience is highly desirable
