As part of the Signature Solar team, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our team, primarily focusing on corporate travel management and expense reporting processes. This role will be able to manage various tasks and reporting abilities from an operational standpoint.

A successful candidate must be able to:

  • Work independently and alongside team members to ensure all members abide by company policies.

  • Take charge of high-level tasks from leadership team members while maintaining organization.

  • Work closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely expense submissions.

  • Generate regular reports and analyze data related to travel expenses, budgets, and trends.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes and drive cost savings.

  • All other duties assigned.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong communication skills through various channels with all team members.

  • Strong technical skills as they relate to basic computer operation and systems such as Concur, Google, Microsoft.

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP Concur is preferred but not required.

  • 2+ years of corporate travel/event booking experience.

  • 2+ years of customer experience as it relates to company operations.
