Volt is actively seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the functionality of various industrial machinery.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting repairs on brake presses and conveyor systems.
  • Performing operational tests on machinery to verify performance standards.
  • Calibrating and adjusting production equipment for optimal efficiency.
  • Interpreting technical documents, including user manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
  • Minimizing machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and repair techniques.

This position is a Full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • A 2-year technical degree is required.
  • Experience in both electrical and mechanical systems is essential.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance is necessary.
  • Physical capability to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods.

Compensation: $27/hour and above, based on qualifications.

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM.
