Advanced Manager Trainee

This 16-month program immerses future leaders into the operation of the largest, most successful rental car franchise in the US. Selected candidates are based in one of our seven cities in the Southeast, Midwest, or Mountain West. Highly motivated, ambitious, and enterprising individuals receive a detailed development plan that crosses all departments to gain first-hand knowledge of how the organization operates as a whole. This visionary program quickly develops the knowledge and skills for critical senior management & executive roles within the company. It offers a unique opportunity to “work from the bottom up” in a short period of time. These future leaders will work front-line operations, travel to Salt Lake City, UT, and visit corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA to strategize and learn under our Executive team.
Job Duties
· Logistics: Track and optimize vehicle movement according to demand, assist customers & coordinate roadside assistance
· Revenue Management: Maximize revenue using data analytics to predict demand & adjust pricing
· Vehicle Maintenance, Repair & Remarketing: Complete vehicle damage repair estimates, coordinate vendors for repairs, inspect & prepare vehicles for remarketing
· Operations & Asset Control: Enhance overall customer experience, perform front-line transactions, effectively offer products & services to increase sales, expertly detail vehicles, successfully resolve customer concerns, and conduct vehicle inventories & control processes
· Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Source & review applicants, attend events to promote the company
· Administration & Human Resources: Strategize with executives & assist all administrative departments including HR, accounting, claims, fleet, training & development
Requirements:· Flexible schedule including some travel (various shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays)
· 21+ years of age
· 4-year degree
· Strong understanding of business management, financial, & leadership principles
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, & conflict resolution skills
· Highly motivated and self-disciplined
