  • Coordinate and manage home repair projects, including scheduling and resources.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of general work experience or training as a Maintenance Technician preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Must be comfortable driving a company vehicle.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact respectfully with clients.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
