Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years experience in a senior technology leadership role within a marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in web development, digital marketing technologies, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Sharp Spring), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) in a hands-on and oversight capacity.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team along with the capacity to recruit and retain.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. This individual is accountable for the great user experience that drives actionable marketing results.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives.
- Team Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively with all departments (Creative, Media, Production, Insights & Strategy, Account Services) to deliver fully integrated solutions. Ability to create strong relationships with client-side marketing and IT functions, building a bridge of seamless execution.
