We are looking for a hard working, friendly individual with a passion for developing, cooking and presenting high quality food, in both a classic dining setting as well as high volume catering events such as weddings and special holiday events.

 

Responsibilities include:

-Assisting the executive chef in the creation, pricing, and execution new menus-ensuring consistent, high quality food throughout dining hours-maintaining proper ticket times

-taking charge and leading the culinary side of large catered events

-managing and training cooks

-taking inventory and placing orders for appropriate quantities of food-preparing prep lists 

-4 years culinary experience preferred -experience with catering high volume events preferred
