Are you an Experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative? Amazing
Applicants start with a $22 base hourly rate plus 3-15% commission on written premiums per the pay plan terms. Average annual total compensation is $63,500 with increased potential based on productivity/number of sold products.
Applicants without an active property and casualty insurance license will earn an hourly rate of $16.50 until licensed. You will also benefit from additional training and development opportunities, making this the perfect opportunity to transfer your skills to our agency and grow your career.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
Requirements
Must be highly self-motivated.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
Property & Casualty license is a bonus, but we will train you.
Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
