What Is This Job All About?

  • Responsible for various administrative and communications functions within the administrative offices, including research, compiling information, providing project analysis, and makes appropriate recommendations as required.
  • Facilitates, organizes, and schedules meetings and conferences; drafts correspondence; organizes and maintains files, participates in meetings; prepares meeting notes and minutes; creates reports; maintains spreadsheets and other types of electronic records.
  • Coordinates and manages various aspects of projects as assigned by COO and Director of Operations. Assists in developing project objectives and plans as well as analysis, design and implementation. Oversees conduct of project operations; may oversee support staff in organizing events and presentations. Develops and monitors project timelines and budgets as required.
  • Helps develop, administer, and communicate initiatives, policies and procedures pertaining to the strategic plan, operations, and programs, both clinical and non-clinical. Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
  • Convenes, attends, and serves on various committees. Attends and participates in departmental and executive meetings and other related conferences as requested.
  • Assists in collection of data and preparation of detailed reports as it relates to other critical measures such as patient census, patient and employee satisfaction, patient safety, quality and process improvement and market data, etc. Provides recommendations based on analysis of data and reports.

What We Need from You:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a related field.
  • At least 1 year in applied work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Support Specialist, or relevant role preferred.
  • Must have strong Microsoft Excel experience in addition to all Microsoft 365 products.
  • Project Management experience preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently.

  • Dependable, Teamwork oriented, and detail oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
