We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts at a personal injury law firm. As the Marketing Director (Under the direction and supervision of the CEO) you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive client acquisition, and foster client loyalty. Your creativity, strong leadership abilities and deep understanding of the KPI's will be essential in driving the firm's marketing success.



Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to achieve firm goals and objectives
  • Review market research to identify target audiences and stay current with marketing trends and competitor landscape
  • Collaborate with CEO and Executive Board to define marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across all mediums as well as define business goals
  • Maintain a strong brand identity that aligns with the firm's values and differentiates us in the market
  • Oversee the development of compelling brand positioning across all channels through multiple vendors
  • Monitor and manage the firm's online reputation and ensure positive client experiences
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and email marketing internally and through third party vendors
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to drive organic traffic, engagement and lead generation
  • Utilize analytic tools to measure campaign performance, track key metrics and optimize marketing efforts
  • In conjunction with Media Director, plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, such as OH, radio, television, and digital platforms
  • Collaborate with internal team and media partners to optimize advertising effectiveness and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Maintain relationships with media outlets and manage public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility
  • Work with CEO and Executive Board to establish KPI's for marketing team and vendors
  • Ensure tracking metrics are set up properly across all platforms and used properly within the marketing department and our intake team.
  • Lead and inspire internal marketing team and provide guidance and mentorship
  • Oversee the analyzation of media schedules throughout the year to make sure they are running correctly and address any problems with the stations
  • Handle all marketing inquires that are made from outside vendors
  • Oversee vendors that work on our behalf include but not limited to online vendors, PPC, social media and creative.
  • Handle any special request as they are needed
  • Oversee the work with production companies to facilitate creative production if not directly involved
  • Evaluate data on call volume and PPC campaigns
  • Oversee and manage Marketing Coordinator, Digital Media Specialist, Media Manager, Script Writer and SEO Specialist.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Director or a similar role with a preference for someone in the legal industry / Personal Injury Law
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategies, call center operations and compliance regulations
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO, PPC, content marketing and social media
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with limited supervision
  • Must be able to prioritize work and work under pressure
  • Exceptional communication and written skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Must have strong negotiation and people skills.
  • Must have traditional marketing experience (TV/Billboard/Radio)
  • Must have Pay per click / SEO / Social Media experience
  • Must have experience at do-er detail level, but also have some experience as a people manager for managing some of the different marketing functions.
  • Must have computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Must be able to do what is necessary to do the job well, even if it is above and beyond.
