About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Executive of Operations to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branches, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our patients and meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor branch operations to ensure compliance with government regulations and corporate policies
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage Branch Directors and Weekend Managers to ensure effective leadership and management of our teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial goals are met
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in clinical, healthcare administration, business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in multi-site healthcare operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and mentor teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
