We are a busy and fast-paced Law firm specializing in Personal Injury and Workers Compensation in need of a Pre-Litigation Case Manager in our Colorado Springs, Pueblo or Denver office. Insurance adjusters and paralegals/case managers with personal injury experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include:

  • Pre-Litigation Caseload
  • Conducting file reviews and data entry
  • Meeting deadlines, drafting correspondence and interacting with clients.
  • Posting entries to client accounts
  • Confident phone and communication skills
  • Greets and assists clients and visitors to ensure exceptional client service
  • Supports staff in office
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Associate' and/or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Personal Injury /Law Firm experience preferred.
  • Accounting background preferred but not required.
  • 1 Year of customer service office experience is required.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail a must
  • Accurate typing speed of 55wpm required.
