Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and driven Litigation Associate Attorney to become part of the vibrant team in the Denver Office. The preferred candidate will possess 3-6 years of litigation experience, ideally acquired at a reputable law firm. A judicial clerkship is considered advantageous. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for professional advancement and the chance to engage with a diverse array of complex and high-stakes cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform legal research and analysis to bolster litigation efforts.
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Assist in all phases of discovery, encompassing document production, depositions, and witness interviews.
  • Work alongside senior attorneys to formulate case strategies and approaches.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Maintain client communication and provide regular updates on case progress.
  • Handle multiple cases concurrently while effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Stay informed about legal trends and changes in case law pertinent to assigned matters.

Required Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
  • 3-6 years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably with a reputable law firm.
  • Strong capabilities in legal research and writing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Experience with case management software is a plus.
