Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Create, process, and submit certified payrolls
  • Review data entry for errors
  • Upload information to various payroll reporting website like LCPTracker, textura, etc
  • Answer employees' questions and concerns regarding
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies especially with Certified Payroll
  • Work with Human Resources to fulfill audit requirements on employee's deduction
  • Help with timecard entry and verify employee deduction and earnings
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports as required
  • May perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years' experience
  • College degree preferably in finance
  • Bilingual(Spanish) preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in a construction payroll department
  • Knowledge of payroll software is
  • Strong attention to
  • Good math and communication
  • Strong organizational
  • Team player

Physical Demands Sedentary

Lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers, and files. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.

Work Environment Limited

General office environment infrequently exposed to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise, fumes, dust, etc.)

Pay Range: $25 - $35 per hour
