Are you someone with a passion for sales enablement and creating an environment for sales teams to thrive? Join us as our Sales Enablement Lead and develop our sales enablement strategies as we prepare to launch our innovative product. In this pivotal role, you’ll use your expertise in sales operations, training and education, and sales funnel design to support a high-performing sales function. If you have a proven track record of successful sales launches and the determination to scale organizations or startups, we want you on our team. *While candidates in the Boston, MA area are preferred, we are accepting applications from candidates in the continental US with a strong preference for eastern time zones.* 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Funnel Stage Design and Process: Develop, implement, and optimize the stages of the sales funnel and sales processes to ensure effective lead management and conversion. 
  • Sales Operations: Build and conduct sales performance analyses as we launch commercially, design and administer sales compensation plans in partnership with People Operations, develop pricing strategies and the contracting process, own and manage our use of Salesforce. 
  • Sales Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires to the sales team to onboard and provide continuous professional development and education.
  • Engagement and Collaboration with Marketing: Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and thought leaders to drive business growth and market presence, collaborate on creating marketing strategies that support sales initiatives and business generation. Collaborate with Marketing in the creation of customer-facing training materials that help drive sales success.

Education, Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent. 
  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Preference for experience in the Medtech or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) field, particularly with cardiology products. 
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful early sales enablement programs that have driven measurable improvements in sales performance. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. 
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating Elucid’s value proposition to stakeholders at different levels. 
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. 
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools. 

Travel Requirements:  

  • Regular travel to Elucid’s Boston office, conferences and sites required.

Boston-area employees are strongly encouraged to be in-person on Mondays and Wednesdays, with the option to come in as many days as they’d like. Fully remote employees, who live outside the greater Boston area, come in as needed.
