We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. As the Technical writer, you will support the project manager and the team delivering high-quality, and timely documentation and other report communications. 
 
This position is 100% in-office at a client site in Bethesda, MD.

 Responsibilities include (but not limited to):  

  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure all objectives are in place, documented, and followed to ensure deliverable documentation and ensure all deliverables are satisfied. 

  • Perform with other team members daily to improve customer service, and satisfaction, and increase overall efficiency of operations. 

  • Support deliverable management activities that support the delivery team, ensuring performance targets are met and providing exceptional customer service. 

  • Work closely with the project team to ensure all objectives are in place, documented, and followed to ensure the obtainment of KPI’s.  

  • Lead the dispatch process of service Incidents to ensure full utilization of technical resources.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel Pivot tables and reporting features

  • 1+ years of experience in technical writing. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills 

  • Associate degree: A Bachelor’s degree preferred.
