 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Write, edit, and publish reports and technical documents.
  • Gather, analyze, and compose technical information required for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, reports, etc.
  • Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents.
  • Conduct research and ensure the use of proper technical terminology.
  • Translate technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.
 Required Skills and Experience
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • An ability to work with multiple stakeholders who may have competing priorities.
  • Experience writing, editing, and publishing reports and technical documents.
  • Strong experience with computer-based systems.
Professional Certificationsn/aYears of Professional ExperienceEight (8) years of professional experienceDesired experiencePrevious experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) highly preferredFormal EducationBA/BS degreeCitizenship RequirementU.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunitySecurity Clearance RequirementsMust possess or qualify for a Public Trust (NACI)CRITICAL NOTES:
