Job Description Description:
- Review Specifications, Utility Standards, Drawing Reviews, and coordination with customers.
- Monitor and coordinate architect/engineer site visits and responses to contractor inquiries.
- Monitor delivery and review of shop drawings and submittals.
- Coordinate update and review meetings with contractors and consultants to monitor progress on activities.
- Provide an initial review of vendor and contractor payment applications, validating actual project progress against approved schedule of values.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and make recommendations regarding proposed change directives & change orders.
- Oversee the contractor's Quality Control program and ensure Quality Control procedures adhere to the plans.
- Bachelor's degree (Electrical or Mechanical degree or relevant field) is required.
- Look for Local candidate who can come onsite as and when required.
- Manager is looking for a Diverse candidate, who can get involve in Interior Renovation, Equipment management, someone who can do Safety Audit
- Strong experience/exposure in Electrical or Mechanical field.
- OSHA 10 or 30.
- MS office tools Proficient
- Review Project request, Clarify Scope with Stakeholders.
- Develop projects scope in preparation for bidding process.
- Process project Bids, determine best options, recommend approval based on detailed analysis.
- Manage overall project schedule and budget including management reporting.
- Prepare project status reports addressing schedule, budget, safety, and current open issues.
- Monitor contractor performance as to safety, cost and schedule performance tracking.
- Development of detailed user criteria documentation for project implementation activities.
- Development of scope of work for the procurement of materials and labor
