Job Overview

SIBA LLC is seeking a dedicated Technical Inside Sales Project Manager to enhance our Engineering and Sales team in North America. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with a solid technical background, particularly in Sage Software, who is proficient in Excel and possesses project management experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with our OEM partners, distribution channels, and external sales representatives, alongside our internal Engineering and Sales teams, to deliver comprehensive pre- and post-sales technical support.

About Us

We are a leading manufacturer of fuses for the global market, specializing in a wide range of products from Electronic Range fuses to High Voltage AC and DC fuses. A background in the Electrical Power sector, particularly in circuit protection, is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • Demonstrate at least 5 years of project management experience.
  • Show familiarity with power electronics and power systems.
  • Exhibit hands-on capabilities to provide proposals and both commercial and technical support to Engineers and Representatives.
  • Maintain a keen attention to detail, simplifying complex issues and articulating technical explanations in terms of commercial value.
  • Display a dynamic personality with strong interpersonal, supervisory, and presentation skills, along with exceptional communication abilities across various platforms.
  • Manage direct sales and relationships with manufacturers' representatives.
Qualifications:
  • Exemplary organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under changing deadlines.
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines and see projects through to completion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project tracking software, and management tools.

In this role, you will oversee assigned sales personnel to meet sales targets and volume. You will also contribute to the formulation of annual sales strategies and action plans, which include:

  • Conducting product, customer, and market research.
  • Preparing and delivering technical presentations.
  • Analyzing customer needs and proposing technical solutions.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within North America.
  • Supporting our Field Sales team effectively.
  • Bilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus but not mandatory.
