Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in the following areas:
- Maintain project life-cycle documentation and tactical and strategic project tracking systems using Atlassian Confluence, Jira and Portfolio.
- Recording of meeting notes
- Lead, create, manage and execute change control board processes
- Manage unified team planning and review sessions
- Manage existing and define new business process flows for areas of improvement
- Assist in personnel administration processes as needed
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in resolving complex program problems
- Must be able to take charge with excellent self-direction and self-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience
- Government and corporate project coordination experience
- Experience as project coordinator, Project Management Office administrator or equivalent experience with government or corporate teams
- Understanding of SDLC including waterfall and Agile
- High proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Proficient in MS Project, Rally, Jira or similar project tracking tools
- Self-starter with strong self-management skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Citizenship Requirement
- Ability to attain Federal Government Position of Trust.
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must pass a background investigation.
