Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers in the following areas:
    • Maintain project life-cycle documentation and tactical and strategic project tracking systems using Atlassian Confluence, Jira and Portfolio.  
    • Recording of meeting notes
  • Lead, create, manage and execute change control board processes 
  • Manage unified team planning and review sessions
  • Manage existing and define new business process flows for areas of improvement
  • Assist in personnel administration processes as needed 
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in resolving complex program problems 
  • Must be able to take charge with excellent self-direction and self-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Government and corporate project coordination experience
  • Experience as project coordinator, Project Management Office administrator or equivalent experience with government or corporate teams
  • Understanding of SDLC including waterfall and Agile
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Proficient in MS Project, Rally, Jira or similar project tracking tools
  • Self-starter with strong self-management skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Citizenship Requirement
  • Ability to attain Federal Government Position of Trust.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must pass a background investigation.
