MBI Health Services, LLC. is a certified behavioral health agency servicing the D.C. Metropolitan Area. We provide a wide range of services and programs for both adults and children for the sake of helping each individuals gain back their confidence and security into their lives. We partner with several well-­known and highly regarded government healthcare agencies, such as the Department on Behavioral Health, the Department on Disability Services, and the National Institutes of Health.

Job Description

  • Establish and maintain relationship(s) management personnel at identified shelters; identify a point of contact who will refer residents as potential consumers for Day treatment
  • Will work directly with shelters and CSWs to identify appropriate individuals in need of Day Treatment Services
  • Meet as needed with shelter residents referred by shelter management
  • Create a schedule and a routine to transport identified shelter residents to Day treatment at PABC to engage with intake specialist
  • Quarterly reports will be submitted on number of referrals identified and engaged
  • Reports directly to Director of Day Treatment Services
  • In addition to identified shelters, recruitment specialist will identify additional locations, agencies and wrap around service providers; establish relationships and collaboration opportunities with the goal of receiving a consistent flow of referrals for the Day Treatment programs.
  • Participates in weekly supervision 
  • Attends all company required trainings
Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required 

  • Some college preferred 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a diverse environment.

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
