About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a client in the insurance industry to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This is a contract role through the end of the year with an opportunity to move into a permanent position, offering the opportunity to work with a well-established organization located in North Austin.

Job Description:

This position will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. You will assist customers with inquiries and policy updates across a variety of insurance products. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional who is detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls, providing support with policy updates, changes, and ownership transfers.
  • Process customer requests via phone, email, fax, and mail.
  • Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate customer records and perform Excel-based tasks.
  • Promote customer loyalty by resolving inquiries and offering retention solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines by verifying customer identity and adhering to internal controls.
  • Support general office functions, including file organization and documentation preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English (the majority of interactions will be conducted in Spanish).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; comfortable with data entry tasks.
