Position Summary:

The Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing supports the Director in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and brand awareness. This role involves managing sales teams, coordinating marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee daily operations of sales and marketing teams; provide guidance and support.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns; ensure alignment with sales goals.
  • Track and analyze sales and marketing performance; report insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in managing budgets; ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; 5+ years in sales and marketing.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot); strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
