Job Description: As a Sales Representative, you will be trained to assist our clients with their marketing needs through face-to-face interactions and direct marketing at events. This role requires a people-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to gain experience in the face-to-face sales industry. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with potential customers in face-to-face interactions at events.
  • Assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies tailored to our clients' needs.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and customers.
  • Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
  • Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to potential customers.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and sales team to develop creative solutions and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
