As a leader in our temporary employment staffing division, you will oversee operations, manage client relationships, and drive growth in the surrounding area.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve branch goals.
  • Source and identify qualified applicants for clients through various channels including walk-ins, lead programs, social media platforms, and job fairs.
  • Extend formal and informal job offers, ensuring clear communication of job expectations, GMPs, and client policies.
  • Manage daily attendance records for clients and other branches, communicating any shortages or updates as necessary.
  • Implement strategic recruitment initiatives to increase associates on assignment, generate branch revenue, and expand market reach.
  • Conduct regular client visits for walkthroughs, check-ins, and to deliver SMG’s recruitment strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or related fields.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Strong ability to actively listen and demonstrate patience.
  • Target-driven with a collaborative teamwork mentality.
  • Available for full-time, in-person work Monday to Friday with flexibility for weekends.
