Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and manage customer inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with various team members to fulfill customer needs.
  • Create and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to meet customer demands.
  • Deliver consistent, professional service and follow-up with clients.
  • Resolve routine customer issues decisively.
  • Utilize customer feedback to drive ongoing improvements.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a 2 or 4-year degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles and data entry.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
