Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Maintain accurate activation/deactivation information through Fleet Complete. Research and solve non-reporting GPS· Maintain XM Radio and Wi-Fi for Summit Fleet vehicles as requested by customers. Solve issues as they come up· Monthly audit of Fleet Complete and add on services such as XM Radio and Wi-Fi to ensure invoicing is accurate· Provide support for vehicle registrations· Be the back-up for the Operations Acquisition Specialist· Other projects as directed
Qualifications/Skills· Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook · Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and self-management skills· Organized with attention to detail· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and interact with all levels of the organization· Excellent at time management· Team player· Ability to perform well in a high stress environment· Willingness to learn internal software
Education and/or Experience· College degree preferred but not required· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software· 2-3 years of experience in an office/customer service environment
