An Entry-Level Customer Service Representative will be responsible for executing customer service, marketing, and sales campaigns throughout the greater Clearwater area with our leading telecommunications clients. We are looking for several qualified individuals to train and develop to take on leadership roles within our company.
 

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

  • Initiate communication with consumers and provide service before, during, and after the sales process
  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries by offering details regarding client products and services
  • Become skilled at negotiating potential sales options for consumers
  • Attend training sessions and meetings with other Customer Service Associate members, sales teams, and management to master business practices
  • Assist in the client process by acting as a point of contact between the customer and client after a sale is complete
  • Collaborate between departments to develop and improve business strategy
