The Position:

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall service department, including service technicians and support staff, to ensure seamless operations, efficient allocation of resources, and timely resolution of customer issues. Some responsibilities include:

  • Provide the highest level of customer service and develop lasting customer relationships.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers, service technicians, and field engineers on complex troubleshooting and repair tasks related to ultrasonic generator systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify service opportunities and provide pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations and consultations.


  • Maintain accurate service records, including equipment history, repairs, and customer interactions, using appropriate documentation and software systems.



About You:

  • You have a Technical High School or AS Degree in a technical discipline (electrical, mechanical, manufacturing) along with 5+ years of experience in a service management role within the ultrasonic, electromechanical, or related industry
  • A strong technical knowledge of ultrasonic generator systems, their components, and their applications in liquid processing and ultrasonic welding industries is desired
  • You have exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve service excellence
  • Your strong communication and interpersonal skills allow you to interact with customers, technicians, engineers, and other stakeholders effortlessly
  • You have demonstrated experience in developing and implementing service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
