About Our Client: Our client is a prominent organization seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to manage a range of HR functions. Located in Denver, CO, they are committed to maintaining compliance, supporting employees, and ensuring efficient HR operations.


Job Description: The HR Generalist will handle various HR responsibilities, including compliance with state regulations, full-cycle recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, filings, and reporting requirements.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to candidate interviews.
  • Oversee benefits administration and manage data entry for new hires and terminations.
  • Address employee relations issues and support a positive work environment, particularly for hourly staff.
  • Coordinate open enrollment processes with a brokerage firm.
  • Collaborate with finance and other departments to maintain HR compliance.
  • Assist with payroll processes as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR compliance and full-cycle recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration and employee relations.
  • Ability to work effectively with various departments and support a positive work environment.
  • Experience with payroll processes is a plus.
