Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Plaza Premium Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our operations in Denver Airport Lounge and HK Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee grievances.
  • Administer benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to design and deliver cultural change programs and projects.
  • Provide HR support to employees, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and management.
  • PHR certification preferred.
  • Management experience in designing and delivering cultural change programs and projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and systems, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Physical Requirements:

  • Local candidate, with the ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Willingness to undergo and successfully pass a pre-employment screening and background check.
