HR Generalist Job Description

Our client, Addison Group, is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join their team on a temp-to-hire or direct hire basis.

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Denver, CO

Hours: 8-5, M-F

Salary: $72,000-$78,000

Job Type: Full-time

Hybrid

Job Summary

The HR Generalist will support the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Handle employee relations issues by conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Administer and monitor employee leave programs, including FMLA and other leave policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with labor laws and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
