Job Summary

Via Mobility Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our employees and management team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to employees and management team, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with management team to develop and implement business strategies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in HR, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare setting.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
