What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, our Sr. Accountants ensure accurate financial management, adherence to compliance, and provide strategic planning that supports the company’s growth and stability.

  • Timely and accurate preparation of financial statements for monthly close
  • Analyze P&L accounts to ensure they are recorded appropriately and resolve discrepancies on a monthly basis
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations
  • Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances
  • Assist with financial and tax audits
  • Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
  • Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
  • Assist in financial reporting requirements

What You’ll Need

  • 3-5 years years of large enterprise software company experience (PE-backed firms a plus)
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, Or Information Systems
  • Strong understanding of accounting theory
  • 3-5 years accounting/finance experience; CPA a plus, but not required
  • Experience in SaaS accounting/software industry preferred
  • Professional experience with MS Office and Excel (pivot tables and V-Lookups) is required, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, OpenAir preferred
  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines
  • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
  • Proven accountability and excellent interpersonal skills; the confidence to be an honest advocate who is willing to speak up when needed
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to get to the root cause of internal and external problems; ability to recommend resolutions
  • Must respond to client requests with empathy, compassion, strategic advisement, and rapidity
  • Desire to work with a collaborative global team with offices in Philadelphia, Atlanta, Frankfurt, Oxford, UK, Bunnik, and Hyderabad
