Job DescriptionJob Description

Cook Solutions Group (CSG) is looking for a Full-Time Project Administrator to join our Utah Center. This position will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager through the entire coordination process on customer projects

Location: Sandy, UT

Pay: $50K - $55K year DOE

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Supports Project Manager through the installation process.
  2. Manages initial job activation and tracking.
  3. Creates job folders, work orders, and tracks electrical permits.
  4. Coordinates with purchasing and warehouse teams to track parts status.
  5. Maintains job status board and provides updates as needed.
  6. Supports PM in planning and facilitating weekly installation meeting.
  7. Tracks job completions and performs initial job closing reviews.
  8. Coordinates necessary change orders with customers, technicians, and the Project Manager.
  9. Communicates with customers on job status as needed.
  10. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
  11. Supports PM with weekly install schedule and assigning technicians.

Qualifications/Education/Experience::

HS Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two-three years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
