Responsibilities:
Building long term relationships with current and potential clients through one-on-one visits, organized events, and phone prospecting. Clients include insurance agents, schools, commercial property managers, maintenance and facility managers, fire departments, hospitals, apartment complexes, and churches.
Qualifications:
Thrives on putting deals together and has fun doing it
Appreciates people and is empathetic.
Reads people well.
Can win over the cooperation and friendship of others.
Likes developing the relationship and making the sale, then turn over the job to other team members and moving to the next challenge.
