We are currently seeking applicants for a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist position to serve as our customers’ first point of contact when calling or entering our facility. This position also handles requests for products; deals with shipping arrangements; and performs other  clerical duties.

The successful candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, capable of multi-tasking with minimal supervision, and has a naturally positive attitude. If this sounds like you, we would like to meet

Responsibilities

  • Greet & assist customers that enter the office
  • Manage phone system; answer & direct calls; take messages
  • Receive/forward/reply to emails; receive & open incoming USPS mail.
  • Process requests for products
  • Order entry
  • Issue & file invoices (in support of accounting manager)
  • Handle outgoing UPS shipments
  • Contact customers for order pick-up
  • Other clerical & mailroom duties as needed/directed

Skills

  • Work experience as a customer service representative, clerk, receptionist or similar role is helpful
  • Graphic Design experience is a plus
  • Experience with Office (Word, Excel) & UPS desired, software like Quickbooks is helpful (but not necessary - we don't use that specifically)
  • A great customer service attitude is required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
  • HS Diploma/GED required; college is a big plus
