Job Title: Sales Manager


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients within the industrial cleaning and environmental sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers, and promoting staffing services. The focus of this position will be on business development and client management.


Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new clients within the industrial cleaning and environmental sector

- Generate leads and build relationships with decision-makers

- Promote staffing services to potential clients

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials

- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven record of accomplishment of successful sales and marketing experience, preferably within the staffing industry or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the industrial cleaning and environmental sector, including industry dynamics, customer pain points, and hiring needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to business development and client management.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
