Location: Remote
Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $60k-$100k, depending on negotiated commission structure
  • On-Target Commissions: $30k-$50k, depending on negotiated base
  • Note that compensation offer will be heavily tied to experience

The Role: 🌟 Propellic is seeking a seasoned Travel Marketer as our Director of Strategic Engagements. Your role is to engage world-class travel companies and craft custom, compelling strategies for them, ensuring these strategies are brilliantly executed by our operations team. With no outbound selling, your focus will be on strategic creativity and client partnership.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • 🤝 Conduct intro calls and build relationships with potential clients.
  • 📈 Design strategies that align with client goals.
  • 📊 Create visually stunning proposal decks to effectively communicate strategies.
  • 🚀 Manage client pipeline, ensuring efficient progression and follow-ups.
  • ✍️ Develop Statements of Work that encapsulate client agreements.
  • 📚 Early involvement in industry learning, conferences, and deep immersion in travel marketing.

What You Bring:

  • 🌍 Experience in Travel Marketing, with a flair for SEO & Paid Media.
  • 📝 Proven track record in creating persuasive, creative strategy decks.
  • 🗣️ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and data stories.
  • 🤖 Eagerness to stay at the forefront of travel marketing and technology.
