Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, and updating patient records including insurance information.
- Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure the schedule is optimized for the dentist and hygienist.
- Reinforcing the financial policies of the office and ensuring that payments are collected and recorded accurately.
- Checking in patients using dental software and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Processing payments and transactions during patient check-out.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic records for patients.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Computer literacy, including experience with dental software preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy dental office environment.
- Previous experience in dentistry or healthcare is a plus.
