Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Manage the overall operation of the medical center, including supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Staff Development: Interview, hire, and evaluate center staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care.
- Quality Assurance: Supervise and review all checklists for each center department, ensuring that our high standards of quality and safety are met.
- Customer Service: Provide positive, warm, and friendly customer service to patients, clients, and staff, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere.
- Administrative Tasks: Review and coordinate the processing of all paperwork pertaining to payroll, hiring, evaluations, pay changes, status, budgets, inventory, pharmacy, staffing, and other administrative tasks.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of clerical experience and one year of clinical experience with administration of medications.
- License: Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, keyboarding experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
