This position will be responsible for all install administrative duties from start to finish, preparing job files, ordering equipment, registering equipment, and entering rebates. This position is responsible for contacting clients regarding scheduling issues, creating department job files, and scheduling subcontractors and inspections. This position is also responsible for tracking and reporting job costs for review at weekly meeting. This position will also act as a third back up to our CSR and Dispatcher and communicate with customers daily.

A successful candidate will be detail-oriented and enjoy project management

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 40 hours/wk (time varies based on season)

Pay Scale: $20-24+/hr, DOE

To qualify for this position:

  • Highschool education or equal
  • Valid Social Security
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and coworkers
  • Desire to perform at a high standard
  • Be able to pass a background and drug test
  • 1+ years' experience in administrative and/or customer service
  • 1+ years' experience in HVAC industry, preferred but not required
  • Excel experience required
  • Advanced customer service skills; good communication both written and verbal
  • Good manipulation skills to operate computers and office equipment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Energetic personality

We do have two dogs that come to the office everyday so if you have an allergy to animals this may not be the place for you
