Position Summary:

We are in search of a part-time Administrative Coordinator who will oversee our front desk operations and execute a range of administrative responsibilities within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist guests upon their arrival.
  • Guide visitors to the correct personnel or department.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries to the relevant team members.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
  • Support the restocking of refreshments in the office kitchen.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure all necessary tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Perform various administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Alignment with the mission and principles of Turning Point Action.
  • Readiness to undertake assigned responsibilities and additional tasks as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
  • Previous engagement with political campaigns or organizations.
