We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the legal field and a passion for helping clients navigate the personal injury claims process.


Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the personal injury claims process

- Collect and organize all necessary documentation related to clients' cases

- Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims

- Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings with clients and legal team members

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and case details

- Assist with drafting legal documents and correspondence as needed

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients at all times


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

- 2+ years of experience in a legal support role, preferably in personal injury law

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
