Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator PC to join our team. As a Staffing Coordinator PC, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the care and support they need, while also assisting with the scheduling and management of our Personal Care Attendants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and enter Personal Care Attendants' worked hours in the appropriate timekeeping system to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Ensure that clients receive all approved service hours by locating and scheduling Personal Care Attendants and/or Special Attendants, and assisting with scheduling and completing hires as needed.
  • Complete necessary correspondence, including Service Interruption, Suspensions, and Service Delivery issues.
