We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and be able to build and lead a team of support staff.


Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the personal injury department

- Develop and implement strategies to increase the department's productivity and profitability

- Provide legal guidance and support to attorneys and staff

- Handle complex personal injury cases from start to finish

- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in personal injury law

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders

- Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements on their behalf

- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards


Requirements:


- Minimum of 10 years of experience in personal injury law

- Proven track record of success in managing a personal injury department

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail-oriented and highly organized

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
