Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator PC to join our team. As a Staffing Coordinator PC, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive approved services on an ongoing basis and Personal Care Attendants are paid properly and promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure clients receive all approved service hours by locating and scheduling Personal Care Attendants and/or Special Attendants, and assisting with scheduling and completing hires as needed.
- Verify and enter Personal Care Attendants' worked hours in the appropriate timekeeping system regularly to ensure their worked hours are entered and verified by Payroll cutoff.
- Complete necessary correspondence, including Service Interruption, Suspensions, and Service Delivery issues.
